NutraFuncFoods (NFF) offers the following shipping choices: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS 1-Day. For P.O. Box addresses, we will ship through United States Postal Service. We offer free UPS Ground shipping for customers purchasing $75.00 or more. Estimated shipping times range from 1 to 5 business days delivery depending on where you are located. All orders placed will ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Customer satisfaction is our first priority at NFF. We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchases which have not been opened, worn, or found defective within 30 days of receipt. All unopened food items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days upon receipt. Proof of purchase is required for all returned items. To assure proper credit email us at service@nutrafuncfoods.com before returning product for return authorization and shipping information. We can exchange your returned items, or re-credit the credit card you used to purchase the returned items. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Returned items will be credited to your credit card within 5-10 business days. In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the items picked up at our expense. We will also re-ship the correct order to you with no additional charges. We are not responsible for any NFF products purchased at stores.
